Even though this show is unrealistic, it is suspenseful and impossible to put down!!!! The casting for this show is incredible and in my opinion it is Czuchry’s best performance yet! I have very high hopes for the rest of the series!!

By love this show so much
I LOVE this show!!! If you say it's unrealistic then you've must have been very lucky, not having seen the dark side of the medicine and hospital business.
  • Twists & Turns

    By ValBax13
Enjoyable medical drama/soap series with good actors. Great plot twists and turns that keeps the viewers like myself intrigued and waiting for the next episode! This TV series have revolving dramatic topics that include but not limited to: questioning ethics, revealing the unfortunate business-side of a hospital system, exposing corrupt doctors/providers, hospital management hierarchy, etc. Now add good actors with storylines that include humor, and love interests, and yes, you have the workings for a drama medical series TV masterpiece- I hope there is a second season soon! And, YES- fellow medical professionals, this is a television drama series, not to be confused with an accurate representation of the “real medical world.” That’s a given. Know that before watching. If you are looking for an accurate representation of the ‘medical real world,’ then go back to work.
  • Good Show

I see all the reviews about this show being unrealistic about what happens in the medical field and I have to disagree. Of course there are doctors fueled by greed and money and of course there are those who truly care and want to help people. To say that no one in the medical profession does these things is untrue. So my review is that this is a good show and it keeps you entertained throughout.
  • Great Actors and drama!

Really enjoy this new show! Actors/actresses are fabulous and the plot is good! Please keep this going, I’m interested to see where this show could go!
  • Not real

By why cant I change my nickname
I'm a junior doctor going through training and saw the first episode on a night shift at work with others. We all laughed at how unrealistic this show is. Nothing like this happens in real life. Can't see this lasting beyond one season.
  • Sleuthing

    By Beldan111
I enjoy the series, but I question the realism: Are the doctors/surgeons as caustic as they are portrayed? And in the most recent episode where a fired nurse is sleuthing around concerning the actions of a certain doctor: would you accept a bag of groceries outside your home from a stranger?🙄
